Development of GIS-Based Project Mapping System for Sindh Water and Agriculture Transformation Project

The Planning and Development Department, Government of Sindh, through its Project Coordination & Monitoring Unit (PCMU) in Karachi, invites qualified individual consultants for the development of a GIS-based project mapping system under the Sindh Water and Agriculture Transformation (SWAT) Project. This assignment falls under the IT Software & Licenses category and aims to enhance spatial visualization and monitoring of development projects across Sindh. The consultant will design and implement a user-friendly GIS platform using open-source tools such as QGIS, Leaflet, and GeoServer.
