Procurement of GPU Supported Cloud Infrastructure Services

Power Information Technology Company (PITC), based in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of GPU Supported Cloud Infrastructure Services. This tender is aimed at firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, capable of providing fully managed cloud services with GPU support, including warranty and technical support. Items being procured: - GPU Cloud Instance with minimum specifications: GPU with minimum 24GB VRAM, CPU minimum 24 cores, RAM minimum 128 GB DDR5, Storage minimum 6 TB NVMe SSD - Bandwidth: 1-25 MBPs Download / 250 MBPs Upload - Security features including EDR, Firewall, ACLs, Malware protection - Backup with Data Replication & Cloud Storage - Precision Support for FP64, FP32, TF32, FP16, BF16, and FP8 The scope includes provisioning of cloud services within 30 days of purchase order issuance, comprehensive one-year warranty with 24/7 technical support, rectification and replacement of faulty hardware/software, software patches, firmware upgrades, and ensuring 99.9% uptime. The bidder must provide a service level agreement (SLA) and comply with PCI DSS certification or demonstrate certification in progress. Cloud services must be hosted in a Tier III Certified Data Centre located in Pakistan with dedicated fiber connectivity. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and ATL registration, minimum two years of experience as a cloud service provider in Pakistan, compliance with technical specifications, and submission of mandatory annexures including affidavit of non-blacklisting. The bidder must also demonstrate successful delivery of GPU cloud infrastructure services to enterprise customers within Pakistan. The tender process follows a single stage single envelope procedure with technical and financial bids submitted together. Bids must include earnest money of Rs. 20,000 in the form of Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee.
