Tender Description
The PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) invites bids for the procurement of Group Health Insurance for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Group Health Insurance for PIA Holding Company Limited with reference PID(I)23222/26. Bids are invited through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on the EPADS platform for provision of Non-Consultancy Services.
Items being procured:
- Group Health Insurance coverage for PIA Holding Company Limited employees
The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure of Principal Method of Procurement (Open Competitive Bidding) adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and PPRA regulations. Each bid must be accompanied by a Pay Order of PKR 200,000 as Bid Security and a non-refundable Tender Fee of PKR 45,000 in favor of PIA Holding Company Limited. Original Pay Orders must be delivered before the bid submission closing date and time.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/113197. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 03:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement as per Rules 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The notification copy is available on the procuring agency's website and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). PIAHCL reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals and cancel the bidding process at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and PPRA regulations.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the EPADS registration and submission process to avoid disqualification. Ensure all required documents, including bid security and tender fee, are submitted timely and in the prescribed manner to avoid rejection.
