Tender Description
The Communication & Works Highway Division Haripur, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids through the E-PAD system for construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of black-top roads in Haripur Division under ADP No. 1393/251395. The procurement will follow a single-stage, single-envelope procedure under applicable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa procurement rules.

Contractors must submit bids electronically on the E-PAD portal, quoting within the prescribed limits against the engineer estimate. Bids more than 10% below estimate require additional security, while bids more than 20% below require detailed rate analysis and further security. Bidders must hold valid C&W Department or PEC enlistment and comply with applicable tax and ATL requirements. Call deposits of scheduled banks are acceptable; no CDR submitted after the deadline will be considered.
The bid submission deadline and opening time are **26 August 2026 at 12:00 PM**. Electronic bidding will be conducted through E-PAD, with opening after the stated closing time. The tender fee is 0.03% of the engineer cost. Practical tip: review each package quantity, enlistment category, bid security and electronic upload before final submission.
