Construction of Health Dispensaries in Various Villages of PS-10 (04 Units) Including Government Dispensary at Village Wassayo Jeho

The Executive Engineer Provincial Buildings Division Larkana invites bids for the construction of health dispensaries in various villages of PS-10, including four units and the construction of a government dispensary at Village Wassayo Jeho. This procurement is part of the Sindh government's ongoing efforts to improve healthcare infrastructure in rural areas of Larkana district. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of building bridges and other structures (3468 Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1-1/2 to 2 gauge ratio 1:4:8 (856 Cft) - Pacca Brick Work in foundation plinth in (1:6) Cement Sand mortar (2479 Cft) - Reinforced cement concrete work (1383 Cft) - Fabrication of Tor steel reinforcement (80.26 Cwt) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floors (2312 Cft) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth (2320 Cft) - Supplying and filling sand under floor and plaguing in to walls (570 Sft) - Extra Lead for 3 miles (570 Sft) - Pacca Brick Work in G. Floor (2500 Cft) - Cement concrete plain 1:2:4 ratio (92 Cft) - Providing and fixing G.I. frame/chowkats for doors (271 Rft) - Providing and fixing G.I. frame/chowkats for windows (679 Rft) - Cement plaster 1:6 upto 12ft height 1/2 inch thick (6384 Sft) - Applying floating coat of cement 1/2 inch thick (6384 Sft) - Cement plaster 1:4 3/8 inch thick upto 12ft (6384 Sft) - Providing and laying C.C Topping (1350 Sft) - Providing and fixing glass strips 4mm for flooring (400 Rft) - Supplying and fixing in position iron/steel grill (330 Sft) - Cement Pointing Striking joints on walls 1:3 ratio (2026 Sft) - Laying floor of approved with glazed tiles 1/4 inch thick (394 Sft) - Kail wood wrought joinery in doors and windows (524 Sft) - Priming coat of chalk distemper (6420 Sft) - Distempering in Three Coats (6420 Sft) - Preparing the surface and painting with weather coat (4271 Sft) - Painting doors and windows any type etc complete (1493 Sft) For the government dispensary at Village Wassayo Jeho (compound wall and steel gate), the scope includes excavation, brickwork, reinforced concrete, steel reinforcement, pacca brick work, cement plaster, distempering, and making/fixing steel grated doors. Water supply and external drainage works include providing and fixing glazed earthenware W.C., lavatory basin, earthenware pedestal, C.I. floor trap, P/F in position nylon connection, soil and vent pipes, clamps, branches, offset pipes, terminal guards, UPVC pipes, C.P. fittings, wash basin mixture, shower, valves, R.C.C. pipe, boring and fixing pressure pipe, and providing/fixing piston pump set. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids online through the E-PAD system and also submit physical copies of the financial bids (original, separately sealed) by hand or registered mail to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division, Larkana. The submission deadline is **24/08/2026 11:00 AM**. Bids must be accompanied by **5% Bid Security** of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Executive Engineer.
