Hiring of Healthcare Insurance Firm for Provision of Medical Services by Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO)

Items being procured: - Healthcare Insurance coverage for 16839 lives including serving employees, dependents, retired employees, widows and their dependents - OPD and Hospitalization Facility including consultation, lab tests, medicines, dental treatment (excluding braces and implants), eye disease treatment (excluding cosmetic lenses), cashless inpatient and outpatient treatment through panel hospitals nationwide - Reimbursement for treatment from non-panel hospitals with prior approval - Maternity coverage with specified limits for normal and C-section deliveries - Coverage for chronic patients with no limit on OPD reimbursement - 24/7 toll free customer support, mobile app facility, and online consultation - Empanelment of at least 3 reputed hospitals and labs at district HQ level and 1 hospital and lab at tehsil level within FESCO region The insurance company will maintain a reserve pool of Rs. 150 million for OPD services. Hospitalization limits vary by employee grade with specified room charges. The contract duration is two years from commencement with an option to extend for one year by mutual consent.
