Guards must be literate in Urdu, drug-free, and equipped with two uniform sets annually. The contract requires performance and bid securities, with penalties for delays or non-compliance. Bidders must be registered with federal/provincial tax authorities and listed on the FBR active taxpayers list. The tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended). Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 26th October 2026 at 11:30 AM. The bid security is PKR 1,100,000 refundable, and performance security is 5% of contract value. The contract will be awarded on an item-wise basis to the lowest evaluated responsive bidders.
