Services for Repair and Maintenance of Pool Vehicles Framework Contract for Fiscal Year 2026-2027

Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services (SIEHS) invites bids electronically through the EPADS portal for the comprehensive Services for Repair and Maintenance of Pool Vehicles under a framework contract for the fiscal year 2026-2027 in Karachi, Sindh. This contract aims to ensure the continuous, safe, and optimal operation of the SIEHS fleet by providing scheduled and emergency vehicle repair, preventive and corrective maintenance, parts replacement, and tire services. Items being procured: - Preventive maintenance including oil and filter changes, fluid top-ups, battery checks, belt and hose inspections, brake and suspension servicing, electrical diagnostics, tire rotation and wheel alignment - Corrective maintenance such as engine diagnostics and repair, transmission overhaul, brake and suspension repairs, electrical system repairs, HVAC servicing, radiator and fuel system repairs, body and chassis repairs - Parts replacement using Original Equipment Manufacturer or approved equivalent spare parts - Tire replacement and services including inspection, replacement, balancing, valve replacement, rotation, and disposal of old tires - 24/7 emergency repair and towing services with priority for critical vehicles The scope covers the entire SIEHS fleet including pool and logistic support vehicles. Services may be provided on-site or at the contractor's workshop. Technicians must be certified and experienced, using OEM standards and diagnostic tools. Detailed job cards, maintenance logs, and monthly reports are required. The contract duration is one year, extendable based on performance. Eligibility requires registration with federal/provincial tax authorities, FBR/ATL listing, and compliance with SPPRA rules. A bid security of PKR 120,000 and a performance security of 5% of contract value are mandatory. Bids must be submitted via EPADS by 26th October 2026 at 11:30 AM. The contract will be awarded on an item-wise basis to the lowest evaluated responsive bidders. Bidders should ensure timely submission of all required documents including tender fee pay order and bid security.
