Tender Description
The Directorate General of Archaeology Government of the Punjab invites bids for a Framework Contract for Heritage Interpretation Systems using Visualization Infrastructure including Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Projection Mapping technologies. This procurement is specifically for heritage and archaeological sites in Punjab, including Archaeological Site Harappa in Sahiwal, Rohtas Fort in Jhelum, and Taxila Museum. Items being procured:

This contract involves designing and preparing advanced visualization systems to enhance the interpretation and presentation of heritage sites. The scope includes the use of cutting-edge AR, VR, and projection mapping technologies to create immersive experiences at the specified archaeological locations. The contract duration is one year with an estimated cost of **PKR 210 million**. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA rules.
Eligibility requires firms, companies, or sole proprietors engaged in AR/VR/Projection Mapping services with relevant registration and tax compliance. Bidders must submit electronic bids online at www.Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required. The CDR/Bank Guarantee of earnest money must be in favor of Director General Archaeology. The original instrument and scanned copy must be submitted to the office of Director General Archaeology, 60-A Garden Block, Garden Town, Lahore before bid opening.
Technical and financial bids will be opened as per advertisement schedule. All bidders must quote rates against each lot separately. Incomplete bids will be declared non-responsive. The work will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder after correction of arithmetic errors.
