Procurement of HINO Vehicle and Miscellaneous Spares

301 Central Base Spares Depot EME, Golra Road, Rawalpindi, intends to procure vehicle and equipment spares under IT No. 08/LP/EME FY 2026-27. The detailed tender document and complete specifications are available from the LP Office of the depot. Interested firms must bring a blank CD for collection of the detailed tender. The procurement may include delivery anywhere in Pakistan at the quoted rates, and purchase orders may be issued by a third-party agency. Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, with two hard and soft copies of the technical offer and one hard and soft copy of the commercial offer. Bids must be dropped in the tender box before **24 August 2026 at 11:30 AM**. Technical offers will open at **24 August 2026 at 12:00 PM**; commercial opening will be notified later for technically qualified firms. A **Rs. 1,000,000 bid security** through CDR is mandatory. Firms should maintain ATL, tax registrations, financial capability, bank statements, security clearance and depot registration.
