Hiring of 3rd Party Vetting Consultant for Infrastructure Development Works at Malir Industrial Park

Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd Karachi invites consultancy firms for its flagship project Malir Industrial Park located at M-9/N-5 Link Road (Eastern Bypass). The procurement is for hiring a 3rd Party Vetting Consultant to oversee infrastructure development works at the park. Items being procured: - Hiring of 3rd Party Vetting Consultant for Infrastructure Development Works at Malir Industrial Park The scope involves vetting infrastructure development works including industrial park facilities, roads, utilities, and related civil works. The consultant will ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Eligible firms must hold a valid PEC license and have prior experience in infrastructure development works for Industrial Parks, Special Economic Zones (SEZ), Industrial Estates, or Housing Societies. Firms must also be enlisted with FBR and SRB and provide valid registration certificates. The tender fee is Rs. 10,000 payable via pay order in favor of Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd (NTN No. C785957-5). RFP documents are available from 09 July 2026 upon written request and payment. Sealed technical bids (one original and one copy) must be submitted to PEZDMC Secretariat by 1400 hours on 23 July 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1430 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids will be called only from technically qualified bidders.
