Hiring of AC 1300 CC Vehicle Model 2021 or Up for PCSIR Lahore

The Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) Lahore requires the hiring of an air-conditioned vehicle, specifically a 1300 CC car model 2021 or newer, for its PSDP project titled Gene Editing of Biological Agents for Nutritional Biochemical and Therapeutic Purpose. This procurement is aimed at securing reliable transportation on a rental basis for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement. They must have a valid NTN, professional tax certificate, and be active taxpayers with a sound financial profile. Blacklisted firms or defaulters are not eligible. The contractor must have an established office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and provide all required documentation including affidavits and proof of experience. No advance payments will be made; payments will be monthly based on actual vehicle availability and subject to tax deductions.
