Tender Description
Virtual University of Pakistan (VU) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputable advertising agencies accredited by APNS and PBA to carry out VU's advertisements in Islamabad. Items being procured:
- Hiring of Advertising Agency(ies) for Marketing
The scope includes providing professional advertising services to promote the university's programs and initiatives through various media channels. Agencies must be accredited by the All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS) and Pakistan Broadcasters Association (PBA) to qualify.
EOI documents are available on the Virtual University of Pakistan website at https://www.vu.edu.pk/Opportunities/Tenders. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal or annul the process at any stage in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
