Hiring/Appointment of Independent Shares Registrar (As Per BOQ) for Sui Southern Gas Company Limited

Items being procured: - Hiring/Appointment of Independent Shares Registrar (As Per BOQ) (On Complete Package Basis) The scope includes provision of non-consultancy services related to share registrar functions, requiring a fully operational call center for shareholder facilitation, IT infrastructure with remote data backup sites for disaster recovery, and experience providing share registrar services to more than 100 listed companies including at least 5 public sector companies. ISO or other internationally recognized quality standard certification is mandatory. The contract duration is 120 days with a fixed price in Pakistani Rupees. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically through the EPADS portal. A physical bid bond of Rs. 29,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of SSGC must be submitted to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office before the bid submission deadline. Manual bids will not be entertained. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security or bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
