Hiring of Firm/Firms for Provision of Bridal & Groom Attire and Jewelry for Collective Marriage Ceremonies Across Punjab

Items being procured: - Bridal and Groom Dress and Jewelry Set (Quantity: 5,000) The estimated cost per unit/event/person is Rs. 45,000, with a total estimated cost of Rs. 225,000,000 including all applicable taxes. A bid security of Rs. 4,500,000 (2% of total estimated cost) is required in the form of CDR, banker's cheque, or bank guarantee from any scheduled bank in favor of the Director (Admin), Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Punjab Lahore. Eligible bidders must be firms or companies registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax for FY 2026-27.
