Hiring of Construction Contractor for CPSP Regional Center Multan

The College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites bids for hiring a construction contractor for the CPSP Regional Center Multan. This procurement is under a One-Stage, Two sealed Envelope bidding procedure. The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years' documented experience in similar construction works. The contractor must demonstrate project cost and completion period expertise. Interested firms must submit technical proposals with company profile, legal status, audited bank statements for the last 3 years, track record of similar projects, client satisfaction certificates, availability of key technical staff including registered architect, structural engineer, site engineer, and quantity surveyor. Proof of FBR registration, NTN number, professional licensing with PEC as a construction contractor, and a non-blacklisting certificate are mandatory. Earnest money of 2% of bid value must be submitted along with the bid. The bid security should be in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan.
