Hiring of Consultancy Services of Chartered Accountant Firm for Audit and Verification of Financial Transactions under Chief Minister Punjab Kissan Card Phase-II Project

The Agriculture Delivery Unit, Lahore, invites bids for hiring consultancy services of a Chartered Accountant Firm for audit and verification of financial transactions and markup invoices under the Chief Minister Punjab Kissan Card Phase-II Project for Season-04 (Kharif 2026) and Season-05 (Rabi 2026-27). This project is managed by the Chief Minister Punjab Kissan Card Project and the consultancy services are to be provided by firms enlisted in category A&B on the State Bank of Pakistan's Panel of Auditors maintained under Section 35 (1) of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962. Items being procured: - Hiring of Consultancy Services of Chartered Accountant Firm for audit and verification of Financial Transactions and markup invoices under Chief Minister Punjab Kissan Card Phase-II Project for Season-04 (Kharif 2026) and Season-05 (Rabi 2026-27). The scope includes thorough audit and verification of financial transactions and markup invoices as per the project requirements. Only firms enlisted in category A&B on the State Bank of Pakistan's Panel of Auditors and on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue are eligible. Bidding will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Interested bidders can obtain bidding documents from the office of the Project Director, Agriculture Delivery Unit, 21-Davis Road Lahore during office hours. Sealed bids must be delivered by 04-09-2026 at 11:00 AM accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 0.200 Million (2% of the estimated cost) in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Banker's Cheque from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Proposals must comply with all requirements; non-responsive or conditional bids will be rejected. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Bid Security, NTN, and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided with the technical proposal.
