Tender Description
Pakistan Airports Authority Lahore invites bids from eligible bidders for hiring consultancy services for planning design and project execution supervision for replacement of fire fighting system at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore (AIIAP). This procurement is conducted under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations.

- Consultancy services for planning design
- Project execution supervision
- Replacement of fire fighting system at AIIAP Lahore
The scope includes detailed planning, design, and supervision of the replacement works for the fire fighting system at the airport. Bidders must be experienced consultancy firms with relevant PEC category and valid FBR/ATL registration. A bid security of Rs. 500,000/- in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft in favor of PAA Development Works Accounting Unit AIIAP is mandatory.
E-bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ for registered bidders. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Additional Director E&M (PZ), Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore.
Original bid security instruments must reach the specified address before the closing date and time.
