Hiring of Consultancy Services for Survey, Feasibility Study, Design, Design-Review and Supervision of Solarization of Water Supply Schemes

Public Health Engineering Division Hangu, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites qualified consultants to provide consultancy services for Survey, Feasibility Study, Design, Design-Review and Supervision of Solarization of Water Supply Schemes under projects 251122, 260927 and ADP 200152 (HADP). Items being procured: - Survey/Feasibility Study - Design - Design-Review - Supervision of Solarization of Water Supply Schemes The consultancy services will be procured through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the EPADS file uploading system. Interested firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) bearing relevant codes, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). A bid declaration certificate must be uploaded on EPADS before the submission deadline, and a performance security of 10% of the bid amount in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from Schedule Banks of Pakistan is required in favor of Executive Engineer, PHE Division Hangu. Technical proposals will be downloaded and evaluated by the Procuring Committee, followed by financial proposal opening communicated to qualified consultants. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Chief Engineer (South), Public Health Engineering Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Plot 40, Sector B-II, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar on 18th September 2026 at 1100 hours.
