Hiring of Consultancy Services for Solarization of Drinking Water Supply Schemes in Peshawar

The Public Health Engineering Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for consultancy services related to the solarization of drinking water supply schemes under ADP Nos. 250926 and 251121. This hiring is for survey, feasibility study, design, design review, and supervision of solarization projects in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Survey and Feasibility Study - Design and Design Review - Supervision of Solarization of Drinking Water Supply Schemes The consultancy services will be procured through a Quality and Cost Based Selection method using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the EPADS platform. Interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant codes, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents are available for download on EPADS/KP-PPRA websites before the closing date. Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 17th September 2026 at 1100 hours. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the office of the Chief Engineer (Centre), Public Health Engineering Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Plot 40, Sector B-II, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar on 7th September 2026 at 1100 hours. Consultants must upload a bid declaration certificate on EPADS before submission, confirming willingness to provide a performance security of 10% of the consultancy charges in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Incomplete or conditional proposals will not be entertained. The procuring committee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals with valid reasons.
