State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites Expression of Interest (EOI) through E-Pads (E-procurement system of PPRA) from consultant firms or consultants registered on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for hiring the services of a consultant for preparation of feasibility report for construction of projects on State Life owned plots No. 11 & 11A and Plot No. 2, Block 7 & 8, Maqboolabad Co-Operative Housing Society, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. Items being procured: - Preparation of Feasibility Report for Construction Projects on State Life Owned Plots No. 11 & 11A - Preparation of Feasibility Report for Construction Projects on Plot No. 2, Block 7 & 8, Maqboolabad Co-Operative Housing Society The scope involves detailed feasibility analysis for construction projects on the specified plots owned by State Life Insurance Corporation. The consultant will prepare comprehensive reports covering technical, financial, and regulatory aspects to assist in decision making. Eligibility criteria include registration with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS system, active taxpayer status with FBR, and submission of bid security in the form of a pay order in the name of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan.
