Hiring of Consultant Firm for Strategic High-Value Projects RUDA

The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) Lahore invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable and experienced consultancy firms for strategic high-value projects. The consultancy firm will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communication framework for RUDA's high-value investment and commercialization projects, with a particular focus on the Commercial Riverfront Inventory. This initiative aims to align with international standards and best practices to ensure effective project promotion and stakeholder engagement. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for strategic high-value projects - Development and implementation of communication framework - Focus on Commercial Riverfront Inventory The scope of services includes detailed strategic planning, communication management, and project commercialization support. The consultancy will work closely with RUDA's procurement department located at 151 Abu Bakar Block, Garden Town, Lahore. Interested firms must obtain the EOI document by submitting a non-refundable pay order or CDR of PKR 10,000 in favor of RUDA, valid for 90 days, from any scheduled bank of Pakistan. Documents can be collected during office hours on working days. The tender notice and documents are also available on RUDA's website http://www.ruda.gov.pk/tenders, but submissions must be accompanied by the prescribed pay order. Eligibility requires firms to be reputable and experienced in similar consultancy assignments, preferably with knowledge of urban development projects and communication frameworks. Firms should be registered with FBR and have a valid ATL status. Sealed proposals must be submitted on or before 24 July 2026 by 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. Incomplete or altered submissions will be rejected. If the submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will apply.
