Hiring of Consultant Policy and Legislation in Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan

The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) based in Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring consultancy services for the hiring of a Consultant specializing in Policy and Legislation. The consultant will liaise with the Ministry of Law & Justice, Parliamentary Affairs Division, and Parliament, assist in preparing briefing notes and replies to parliamentary questions, and conduct training sessions for DRAP officers on administrative law and rule-making practices. Additionally, the consultant will support development and vetting of international agreements and design a Monitoring & Evaluation framework to assess legislative reforms and policy interventions. Eligibility criteria require applicants to hold an LLB or equivalent degree recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan with a minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience including 5 years in a senior executive capacity in public sector organizations.
