(90/27) Hiring of Consultant Regarding Supervision of Procurement & Installation of APMS on High AT&C Loss Feeders against MEPCO Tender No. 52/27

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for the supervision of procurement and installation of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) on high AT&C loss feeders under Tender No. 52/27 for the financial year 2026-27. This consultancy service includes supervision of electrical works, verification and testing of materials, site surveys, progress monitoring, reporting, and training. The scope covers APMS installation on pole mounted distribution transformers ranging from 25 kVA to 630 kVA with optional oil temperature and oil level monitoring features. The consultant will ensure compliance with technical specifications, oversee installation quality, and provide final completion reports including reconciliation of materials. The tender follows a National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit proposals electronically by Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or Bid Securing Declaration is mandatory. The contract includes a 5% performance guarantee and a warranty period of five years for the APMS components. Interested bidders should have prior experience in similar electrical system projects and propose qualified electrical engineers with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
