Hiring of Consultant for Time and Motion Study of Manufacturing Shops

Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Taxila is inviting experienced Consultants/Firms to submit sealed proposals comprising Technical and Financial bids for a comprehensive Time and Motion Study of its manufacturing shops. The objective of this consultancy is to optimize productivity, reduce cycle times, and enhance machine and manpower utilization within the heavy manufacturing sector. Items being procured: - Comprehensive Time and Motion Study of manufacturing shops The scope includes detailed analysis of production processes, workflow optimization, and manpower efficiency improvements. The study aims to identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions to improve operational efficiency at HMC Taxila. Eligible bidders must have proven expertise in Industrial Engineering specifically within heavy manufacturing or fabrication sectors. At least three successfully completed similar projects are required to demonstrate capability. Detailed RFP submission guidelines are available from the Supply Chain Management Department at HMC. The tender submission deadline is strictly by 1400 hours on 22-07-2026, with opening at 1430 hours the same day in the Admin Block, HMC Taxila. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening. Tender documents including terms and conditions can be purchased from the SCM Department against a non-refundable payment of Rs. 1,500 in the form of CDR or Pay Order favoring HMC.
