Tender Description
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority invites experienced and reputable consulting firms to submit technical and financial proposals through the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for conducting technical feasibility studies for tourism development projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The projects include the technical feasibility study of the development of Hobbit Village at 270 Kanals of land in Swat Valley (Package-I) and the technical feasibility study of a Theme Park adjacent to Bannu Gul City (Package-II).

- Technical feasibility study of Theme Park adjacent to Bannu Gul City (Package-II)
The scope involves detailed technical assessments for tourism infrastructure development in the specified locations. Bidders must hold valid and renewed registration certificates with recognized professional bodies, be active on the FBR active taxpayer list, and comply with KPPRA rules 2014. Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope method. Bidders are required to submit bids electronically via the EPADS platform by the deadline. No hard copy submissions will be accepted. Separate bids must be submitted for each package with package-wise rates.
Bidding documents can be obtained from the office during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 or downloaded free of cost from the EPADS, KPPRA, and KPCTA websites. An affidavit on stamp paper attested by a notary public affirming the correctness of the bidding document information is mandatory. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
The deadline for bid submission is 5th October at 11:00 am, with bid opening at 11:30 am on the same day. Bidders should ensure timely electronic submission to avoid disqualification.
