Upgradation of M/s Mehr Ashiq & Co at PSO House, Karachi

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the upgradation works at M/s Mehr Ashiq & Co located at PSO House, Clifton, Karachi. This procurement is specifically for civil and building maintenance works to enhance the facility's infrastructure and safety standards. Items being procured: - Providing and fixing false ceiling under canopy with 4" wide 26 SWG pre-painted steel/aluminium sheet strips with no perforations and maximum length of 4 ft, including hinges, bolts and all necessary fittings including sofit return of 16 SWG for false ceiling finish in approved shades suspended with metal adjustable suspension system (4800 SFT). - Provision and installation of ACM material Eurobond 4102 or approved equivalent by concerned engineer at Mehr brother FS, including all relevant materials required for installation (3550 RFT). - Construction of cut off drain channel as per site requirements including fabrication, welding, grinding, fixing of MS grill 1/4" thickness for drainage of service station using structural steel, flat bar, angle iron complete as per site requirements (80 RFT). The scope includes all civil works, installation of materials, and ensuring compliance with PSO's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards. Contractors must provide fully functional PPEs to workers and ensure safety measures are strictly followed. The contractor is responsible for debris removal outside the retail outlet premises and must ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and HSE compliant. Certified/licensed electricians must be engaged for electrical works where applicable. Work must not continue after sunset or during adverse weather without approval. Eligibility requires contractors to have relevant PEC categories for civil and building maintenance works, valid FBR/ATL registration, and experience in similar projects.
