The Pakistan Ordinance Factories, Station Engineer Wah Cantt, invites sealed tenders for various repair and maintenance works at official government buildings and quarters within POF Wah Cantt. The scope includes repair and replacement of damaged PCC streets, paths, and steel doors under complaint offices No.1 to No.8, as well as miscellaneous repair and maintenance works at DSF Battalion and quarters estate area. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in Cat C-6(min) with specialization code, valid professional tax certificate, NTN number with active tax payer status on ATL of FBR for income and sales tax, evidence of similar works performed in the past five years, financial status and resources, and no ongoing project conflicts. Tender documents will be issued upon submission of complete credentials by 16-10-2026. Sealed tenders must be dropped or delivered in the Black Box placed at the bid centre (Rabta Hall) near Gate No. 01 by 22-10-2026 up to 1030 hrs. Tenders will be opened the same day at 1100 hrs. In case of public holiday, tenders will be received on the next working day up to 1030 hrs and opened at 1100 hrs. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including PEC registration, tax certificates, and proof of past similar works are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to avoid last-minute issues at the bid centre.
