Hiring Services of Cuisine Show Organizing Company for Global Cuisine Show During 4th International Food and Agriculture Show 2026

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP, Lahore Office) invites bids for hiring services of a cuisine show organizing company for the Global Cuisine Show during the 4th International Food and Agriculture Show 2026. This event will be held at the Karachi Expo Centre from 23rd to 26th November 2026, showcasing live cooking of local, Continental, Arabian, Far-Eastern, Central Asian, and European dishes using Pakistani ingredients for international visitors and dignitaries. The organizing company will be responsible for all costs except hall rent and electricity, which will be borne by TDAP. Items being procured: - Setup Part-A (1 job) - Setup Part-B (1 job) - Designing, arrangement, decoration, layout including tables, chairs, food counters, live cooking area, lighting, beverage counter, music - Media campaign locally and internationally including electronic, print media, food bloggers - Arranging international chefs from various regions including Middle East, Mediterranean, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America - Back kitchen and hospitality services - Organizing cultural shows - Event conceptualization, planning, execution, coordination with partners - Stage setup including backdrop, VIP seating, master of ceremony - Engagement and supervision of vendors and sub-vendors - Hall maintenance and cleanliness - Security and VIP movement arrangements - Coordination with knowledge partners and dignitaries - Visa, travel, accommodation arrangements for chefs and influencers - Food stalls and hospitality within the exhibition - Facilitation counters and digital kiosks at airport - Collaboration with top restaurants for masterclasses - Marketing and promotion including social media, PR boxes, celebrity endorsements - Staffing including ushers, waiters, kitchen staff, supervisors, bouncers, master of ceremony - Menu preparation covering traditional, Arabian, Continental, Chinese, Italian, Japanese cuisines using Pakistani ingredients - Full-day food activities and tastings - Post event reporting and documentation Eligibility requires firms registered with FBR/SECP, active taxpayers, not blacklisted, and with relevant experience in organizing cuisine shows. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 23rd September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is required.
