Hiring of Event Management Services for Birthday of Baba Guru Nanak

The Human Rights & Minority Affairs Department, Government of the Punjab, invites reputed firms and companies to submit bids for hiring event management services specifically for the celebrations of the Birthday of Baba Guru Nanak in Lahore. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014. Items being procured: - Lot#01: Celebrations of Birthday of Baba Guru Nanak with an estimated cost of PKR 55 million - Lot#02: Sikh Symposium with an estimated cost of PKR 15 million The scope includes comprehensive event management services covering all arrangements and activities related to the two lots. Bidders must provide a Bid Security amounting to 2% of the estimated price against each bid and a Performance Guarantee of 2% of the contract value.
