Prequalification of Vendors for Stall Fabrication and Miscellaneous Services at Expo Centre Karachi FoodAg 2026

Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) invites sealed requests from vendors, firms, and event management companies registered with Tax Authorities for pre-qualification to supply miscellaneous services at the Expo Centre Karachi during FoodAg 2026 from 23rd to 26th November. Items being procured: - Stall up-gradation - Electrification - Carpeting - Stall construction - Branding - Provision of refrigerators - Cold storage - Shelves - SMDs - Printing facility The scope includes fabrication and provision of various event-related services to exhibitors and TDAP as required during the event. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. A non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 5,000 must be submitted with the bid as a Pay Order in favor of TDAP. A bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of pay order or bank draft is required. The procurement will follow Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(a) for open competitive bidding. Bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS version 2) no later than 11:00 AM on 12th October 2026 and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The original bid security must be physically submitted before the technical proposal opening. TDAP reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process at any time with reasons communicated to bidders. For bidders, ensure timely submission via e-PADS and prepare all required documents including earnest money and pay orders carefully to avoid disqualification.
