Hiring of Services for Implementation and Execution of Sports Events

The Directorate General Sports, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites Technical and Financial Proposals through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under National Competitive Bidding from qualified local and national Service Providers having a minimum of five (05) years of relevant experience in the execution of similar services. This tender is for a Framework Contract covering three (03) service packages for the implementation and execution of sports events in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Production Services, Media Management and Venue Branding Services - Sound & Light Services and Catering Services - Arrangement of Accommodation and local Transport The scope includes professional event management, media handling, venue branding, sound and lighting setup, catering, accommodation arrangements, and local transport services. Bidders must be registered with KPRA, hold valid NTN and GST certificates, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Valid registration certificates from the Registrar of Firms (Form-H) or SECP registration must be provided where applicable. A Bid Security of Rs. 1,000,000/- in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required separately for each package, drawn in favor of the Director General of Sports, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under Rule 14(2)(b) of the KP Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids must be submitted via EPADS portal on or before 12th October 2026 at 12:00 Noon. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 Noon in the Committee Room of the Directorate of Sports, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 6th October 2026 at 12:00 Noon at the Directorate General of Sports, Peshawar. One practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid clearly mentions your postal address, valid email address, and active contact numbers to avoid disqualification. Also, submit separate bids for each package with package-wise rates to comply with the tender requirements.
