Hiring of Event Management Services for Shrine Festivals Across Pakistan

The Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) Lahore invites sealed bids from reputable firms and companies for the hiring of event management services for the 557th Birthday Celebrations of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Jee in November 2026 and other shrine festivals during the financial year 2026-27 across Pakistan. Items being procured: - Marquees / tents - Cooling arrangements - Canopies - Bedding arrangements - Lighting arrangements - Generators - Stage setup - Sound systems - Decoration - Other allied event management services as per the DNIT The scope includes comprehensive event management services covering all allied arrangements for shrine festivals nationwide. The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have NTN registration, be on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and possess a minimum of five years proven experience in event management services including marquees, tentage, accommodation, bedding, lighting, and handling international guests. Experience with government or semi-government organizations is mandatory. Bidders must also submit an affidavit confirming non-blacklisting or debarment by any government or public sector entity. Bids must be submitted in one sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender title and include mandatory eligibility documents, bid security, signed bidding documents, and financial bid. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
