Hiring of Firm for Outsourcing of HR Support Services

Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) invites electronic bids from eligible, FBR-registered firms/companies for hiring of firm for outsourcing HR support services through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0), in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Outsourcing of HR Support Services The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under the Principal Method of Procurement, employing Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Bidders must submit proposals accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as per prescribed format. Scanned copies of Bid Security must be uploaded on EPADS v2.0, and original documents submitted before the closing date and time. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/80017. Technical proposals will be opened on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of RFPs is not allowed. Firms not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
