Hiring of Firm for Provision of Two 180 Ton Air Cooled Electrical Chillers on Rental at Expo Centre Karachi

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP, HQ Karachi) invites bids for hiring a firm to provide two (02) air cooled electrical chillers of 180 tons capacity on rental basis at the Karachi Expo Centre, University Road, Karachi. This procurement is for non-consultancy services under the financial year 2026-27. The successful bidder will supply energy-efficient air-cooled electrical chillers as per the specifications and requirements detailed in the bidding documents. Items being procured: - Provision of 02 Nos. 180 ton air cooled electric operated chillers for 12 months - One time setup of chillers at Karachi Expo Centre The scope includes supplying chillers that are model year 2015 or newer, with compressor readings and running hours provided. Preference will be given to units with lower consumption supported by running-hours reports. The firm must submit an affidavit confirming it is not blacklisted and provide at least five public-sector and five private-sector rental agreements or work orders completed in the last three years. Documentary proof for all eligibility criteria is mandatory. Bidders must be registered with FBR (NTN and GSTN) and hold relevant provincial tax certificates.
