Procurement of IT Support Services for Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority Karachi

The service provider must ensure uninterrupted availability, timely response and resolution of technical issues, and maintain confidentiality and compliance with PCAA's information security policies. Eligibility requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience, valid registrations with SECP and FBR, and a minimum average annual turnover of PKR 50 million. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals through the EPADS v2.0 portal. The contract duration is one year with possible extension, and payment will be made monthly against satisfactory performance. The bid security is PKR 1,800,000 in the form of a Pay Order. The submission deadline is Monday, October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
