Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited (PRAL) invites bids for a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) covering the supply, installation, annual maintenance, and repair services of various office equipment and appliances at its facilities in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Lot 1: UPS Systems (Online/Line-Interactive) including supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and annual maintenance covering capacities from 1 KVA to 40 KVA with batteries and cabling - Lot 2: Kitchen Appliances including refrigerators, microwave ovens, water dispensers, coffee/tea machines, and cooking ranges with supply and maintenance - Lot 3: Cleaning Appliances such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and carpet shampooers with supply and maintenance - Lot 4: Furniture & Fixtures repair and refurbishment services for workstations, chairs, cabinets, partitions, doors, and fittings - Lot 5: Office Equipment repair and maintenance services for ACs, printers, scanners, shredders, projectors, telephone/EPABX sets The scope includes supply of new, OEM-certified equipment with warranties, preventive maintenance visits quarterly or bi-annually as applicable, on-call repair services, operator training, and provision of loaner equipment for critical devices. The contract duration is one year with possible extensions. Bidders must be registered entities in Pakistan with valid NTN and GST where applicable, have at least three years of relevant experience, and meet financial and technical eligibility criteria.
