Hiring of Firm for Services of Security Guards for Residential Institutions of Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Gujranwala Division

The Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Gujranwala Division invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-procurement system at www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk for hiring a firm to provide security services for residential institutions under its jurisdiction for the fiscal year 2026-27 (October 2026 to June 2027). The procurement is for the provision of security guards to safeguard Shelter Homes, Children Homes, Old Age Homes, and Women Transitional Homes in Gujranwala Division, covering Gujranwala, Sialkot, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Narowal, and M.B. Din districts. Items being procured: - Services of 36 Security Guards for residential institutions of Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Gujranwala Division The total estimated cost including all applicable taxes and charges is Rs. 1,78,20,000/- (Rs. 55,000/- per month per guard). A bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 3,56,400/- is required. Bidders must be registered firms or companies with relevant registration authorities and experienced in providing such services. Bids must be submitted electronically by 30-09-2026 at 11:30 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 12:00 PM.
