Hiring of Firm for Provision of Support Staff Services

The Human Rights & Minority Affairs Department, Government of the Punjab, invites bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014 for hiring reputed firms/companies to provide support staff services for the Financial Year 2026-27 in Lahore. Items being procured: - Provision of Support Staff Services The scope includes supplying qualified and experienced support staff to assist departmental operations. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids separately, duly completed, signed, and stamped, in full conformity with the tender documents. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR/ATL registration and relevant experience. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (PKR 99,400) and performance guarantee of 2% of the contract value are mandatory. Tender documents are available free of cost on the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login. Bids must be submitted online on the same portal. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Human Rights & Minority Affairs Department office, House No. 24, Block C 2, Gulberg III, Lahore. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of bid opening. A scanned copy of the bid security payment must accompany the technical bid. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission before the deadline of Friday, October 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained.
