Tender Description
Punjab Transport Company (PTC) invites bids for hiring a firm to provide support staff including Drivers, Office Boys, and Janitorial Staff. The firm must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax). Interested firms should submit bids online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) by 24th September 2026 at 11:00 AM along with requisite documents as per bidding instructions. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend via the Punjab E-Procurement System portal.

The scope includes provision of non-consultancy support services to Punjab Transport Company at its headquarters in Lahore. Bidders must submit a bid security of PKR 1,000,000 (One Million PKR) within 5% of the estimated price through ULink/Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID on Punjab E-Procurement System. No hard copies of bids will be entertained. The contract duration is initially one year, extendable subject to mutual consent. Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure with Least Cost Method will be adopted as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14th September 2026 at 11:00 AM at PTC office. Tender documents can be downloaded from Punjab E-Procurement System, Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority, and Punjab Transport Company websites. Firms must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. Earnest Money and technical compliance are mandatory.
