Hiring of Firm for Provision of Surveyors and Data Entry Operators for Support Services across Punjab

The Project Management Unit-Board of Revenue, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for hiring a firm to provide Surveyors and Data Entry Operators for support services across Punjab under the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project. This procurement is financed by the World Bank and follows its Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated November 2020. Items being procured: - Provision of Surveyors - Provision of Data Entry Operators The scope includes deploying qualified personnel to support the PULSE project activities throughout Punjab. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest money in the form of a Bid Security of PKR 1,000,000/- in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan is mandatory. Bids must be delivered by 11:00 a.m. on September 30, 2026, to the Procurement Specialist, Project Management Unit-Board of Revenue, PULSE, 158-A Abu Bakar Block, New Garden Town, Lahore. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened immediately after the deadline in the presence of bidders' representatives.
