The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department through its Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed, dynamic, and experienced consulting firms for the hiring of a firm to conduct third-party validation regarding the establishment of an integrated air pollutant and greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory for Punjab for the year 2025. This consultancy service is being procured under the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) using a large consultancy mode. The process is open to joint ventures or consortiums as well. Items being procured: - Third-party validation services for integrated air pollutant inventory - Third-party validation services for GHG inventory The scope involves providing consultancy services to validate the integrated air pollutant and GHG inventory data for Punjab, ensuring compliance with relevant environmental standards and regulations. Interested firms must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments and have experience in similar consultancy assignments. EOI documents must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) by 21st September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
