Hiring of Firm for Valuation of KPCTA Properties

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KPCTA) invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible firms, companies, and service providers under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for hiring a firm to conduct valuation of KPCTA properties located in Peshawar. This procurement is managed by the KPCTA office at Olympic Plaza, Peshawar Sports Complex, Stadium Road, Peshawar Cantt. Items being procured: - Hiring of a firm for valuation of KPCTA properties The scope involves professional valuation services for the Authority's properties. Bidders must hold valid/renewed registration certificates from a legally recognized professional body, FBR registration (NTN & KPRA/SRTN Certificate), and if a company, an SECP Certificate. Firms must be active on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the quoted amount is required as bid security in favor of the KPK Culture & Tourism Authority Fund Account. The original CDR must be submitted to the KPCTA office by the bid submission deadline, with a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. Bidding will be conducted through a single-stage, single-envelope procedure as per Rule 14(2)(a) of the KP Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, 2014 (KPPRA Rules, 2014). Bidding documents can be obtained from the undersigned's office during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 if a hard copy is required, or downloaded free from EPADS, KPPRA, and KPCTA websites. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 26th October 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in the conference hall of KPCTA. Bidders must submit an affidavit on stamp paper attested by a notary public affirming the correctness of the information provided in the bidding documents. The KPCTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Rules, 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 5th November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be accepted. For bidders, ensure your firm's registration and tax documents are current and upload all required documents timely on EPADS.
