Hiring of Firms for Security Services for Govt Medical Store Depot Gulberg III Lahore for FY 2026-27

The Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) under the Punjab Health & Population Department Lahore invites technical and financial bids from eligible firms for the hiring of firms to provide security services for the Government Medical Store Depot located at Gulberg III, Lahore for the financial year 2026-27. This contract is for a period of one year, which may be extended for an equal period based on satisfactory performance under the same terms and conditions. Items being procured: - Security services for Govt Medical Store Depot, Gulberg III, Lahore The scope of services and detailed terms are provided in the Terms of References. Interested bidders must use the standard bidding document forms. Bidders can obtain further information and examine bidding documents from the CDC office during working hours or download them free of cost from the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk). A 2% bid security is mandatory and must be submitted electronically; no physical financial instruments like CDR, PO, or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Bids submitted outside the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be entertained. Bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM at the CDC Conference Room, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. If the last submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. The procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Bidders are advised to carefully follow the electronic submission guidelines and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
