Hiring of Firms for Transportation of Goods/Vehicles All Over Pakistan

The Headquarters Airports Security Force Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for pre-qualification for the hiring of firms for transportation of goods and vehicles all over Pakistan. This procurement is for non-consulting services related to transportation across the country. Items being procured: - Hiring of firms for transportation of goods/vehicles all over Pakistan The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents, in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Headquarters Airports Security Force. The original bid security instrument must reach the office before the bid closing time, failing which the bid will be disqualified. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-Bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0. Hard copies of the bids in sealed envelopes should also be forwarded to HQs ASF Procurement Branch Karachi on or before 28 August 2026 at 11:00 A.M. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. via EPADS v2.0. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bid security requirements and ensure timely submission of all documents to avoid disqualification. Using the EPADS portal efficiently and ensuring all bid documents are complete and properly sealed will enhance the chances of successful participation.
