Hiring of Firms for Provision of Venue and Catering Services for Collective Marriage Ceremonies in Rawalpindi Division

The Social Welfare & Bait-Ul-Maal Department Rawalpindi Division invites bids for hiring firms to provide venue and catering services for collective marriage ceremonies in Rawalpindi Division under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The contract is intended for firms or companies registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Items being procured: - Venue and Catering Services for 350 marriages (7700 persons) with an estimated cost per event/person of 3200 PKR The scope includes provision of venue and catering services for collective marriage ceremonies as per the department's requirements. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and submit a bid security amounting to 2% of the total estimated cost, i.e. Rs. 4,92,800/-.
