Hiring of Firm/Firms for Provision of Venue and Catering Services for Collective Marriage Ceremonies at Multan

The Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Department Multan Division invites bids for hiring of firm/firms for provision of venue and catering services along with related services for collective marriage ceremonies at Multan on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the city of Multan under the Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Department. Items being procured: - Venue and Catering services for 550 marriages (11000 persons) The estimated cost per event/person is Rs. 3200, with a total estimated cost of Rs. 38,720,000 inclusive of all applicable taxes. The scope includes providing full venue arrangements and catering services suitable for large-scale collective marriage ceremonies.
