Hiring of Firm/Firms for Provision of Venue & Catering Services for Collective Marriage Ceremonies in Rawalpindi Division

The Social Welfare & Bait-Ul-Maal Rawalpindi Division invites electronic bids on the Punjab e-Procurement system for hiring of firm/firms for provision of services of venue and catering along with related services for collective marriage ceremonies in Rawalpindi Division on a framework contract basis for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for venue and catering services covering 350 marriages (7700 persons) with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,46,40,000/- including all applicable taxes. The bid security required is 2% of the total estimated cost amounting to Rs. 4,92,800/-. Items being procured: - Venue and Catering Services for 350 Marriages (7700 Persons) The scope includes provision of suitable venues and comprehensive catering services for collective marriage ceremonies across Rawalpindi Division. Eligible bidders must be firms or companies registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement system at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The bidding process follows a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
