Tender Description
Pakistan Single Window (PSW), the notified operating entity under the PSW Act, 2021, invites bids for the hiring of Group Health Insurance for NAFSA Employees in Islamabad. This procurement is open to minimum AA+ rated (PACRA/VIS) insurance companies with stable outlook and valid registrations including SECP and tax authorities. Bidders must be registered suppliers on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System 2.0 (EPADS 2.0) to participate.

- Group Health Insurance coverage for NAFSA Employees
The scope includes provision of comprehensive group health insurance services tailored to the needs of NAFSA employees. Bidders should ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and provide competitive coverage options. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Pakistan's Public Procurement Rules 2004.

An online pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16th September 2026 at 1100 hrs via Microsoft Teams. Clarifications can be requested by 17th September 2026 via email or EPADS. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS 2.0 by 28th September 2026 at 1500 hrs, with original bid bond delivered to PSW Procurement Department before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1530 hrs. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day applies.
