The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) based in Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring consultancy services for the hiring of an Independent Transaction Advisor firm. This firm will conduct a comprehensive legal, financial, and technical evaluation of the revised proposal submitted by M/s Urban Enclave regarding the amalgamation of OPF Greens, OPF Town, and Urban Enclave. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract number P60515.
